Are you familiar with the talents you were born with?
Naomi enjoys being a part of her clients' journeys in personal development and assisting them in achieving joy, growth, and clarity on their path. In her coaching business, she approaches issues related to personal leadership, career questions, and energy management from a holistic perspective. Naomi makes use of various coaching tools, energetic perception, and her intuition. She likes to work with what is present in the moment, adjusting her coaching to what is supportive and suitable for her client's process and what works and feels right for them. Sometimes, this might take coachees out of their comfort zones by introducing them to a completely new approach, work method, or point of view.
A key belief Naomi advocates in her work is that everyone has unique talents. She often asks, "Do you know the natural talents you have with you? The ones you are born with? Are you aware of them? Or do you primarily know what you've been taught and ingrained with from a young age, along with the skills and behaviors that come with that?" In her view, there is a difference between these. She believes it is valuable to discover one's innate talents and gain more insight and connection with one's true abilities. This allows individuals to go with the flow, grow, and bloom with ease and joy.
Naomi has noticed that some people are not sufficiently aware of their unique talents. She enjoys motivating people to (re)discover these talents. She often asks, "Do you have a clear understanding and connection with your own unique talents, the ones you were born with?" Through her coaching, Naomi helps individuals connect with and utilize their natural abilities, fostering a sense of ease and joy in their personal and professional lives.
